Located on the Avda. de la Palmera, famous for its palatial style houses that were built in 1929 for the Iberian American exhibition, a peaceful area located away from the hustle and bustle of Seville's centre, 5 minutes from the hippodrome and the Royal Seville Golf course and 15 minutes to the Isla Magica theme park. Easy access to the Huelva, Cadiz, Malaga, airport and Madrid motorway (SE-30). There is a free microbus service which can collect and drop off guests to the airport, Santa Justa train station or Isla Magica. During the Easter Week processions and the April Fair (feria de abril) the hotel provides a transfer service to the centre and the fairground.

A free microbus service is available on request between the hotel and the airport or Santa Justa Train Station. To arrange the service guests must inform the hotel at least one day in advance of their arrival details, using the contact details on the booking confirmation.
The bus runs a limited timetable. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the service if not contacted at least one day in advance.
During Easter and the Feria de Abril the hotel offers a shuttle service to the city centre and the fair.
